Power’s Sales Satisfaction Survey. Obviously, the salespeople at Chicagoland used Jaguar dealers are treating customers well and giving them a great product to take home!
The survey index J.D. Power uses looks at five factors: facility itself, salesperson, paperwork process, delivery process, and the price of the vehicle. They also do a good job getting a large sample to base their results. They contacted 48,000 new car buyers who either leased or purchased a car in 2009. Based on their feedback, those who purchased a Chicago Jaguar were the happiest!
